All appointments require approval and confirmation. - Same-day cancellations: 50% of service. - 24 hour notice required for rescheduling/ cancellation if not deposit is non refundable - Pre-booked appointments do not require a deposit unless rescheduled. - 5-minute grace period. $5 late fee after 5 minutes. - One courtesy pass per quarter.
